The format of your full paper manuscript shall be in electronic copy in Microsoft Word or RTF formats. Click here to download the Document Template (RTF)

Manuscripts should not exceed 10 pages (including illustrations). Total print area is 240 mm x 150 mm for each page. Text area is 230 mm x 150 mm without running headers. Please see template for details.

The file name of your manuscripts should be: [Your registration No.] + [Your Last Name].[Extension] e.g. 12Tan.zip. Accepted Compressed file formats are: PC:Zip (.zip) and Mac:Stuffit (.sit). A compressed electronic copy of the manuscript must be sent via email as an attachment to email address: . In the Subject field of your email please write :[Registration number]+[Title of your paper].

Please do not write the manuscript in the email body itself, but please attach the file with accepted formats. Please send us attached files not exceeding 2 megabytes; otherwise please don’t hesitate to notify us.

We do not encourage submission via disk or hard copies, as much as possible please send to us by email attachment.
