Congratulations to our team of BA(Arch) 3 students Tan Song Leng, Tan Yue Fang and Teo Guan Sin (entry: 'Art+Bank'), who has been placed as an Honorable Mention (top 7 awards).

They have continued our department record of being placed (twice in 3 consecutive years) in this prestigious international student design competition, sponsored by DuPont in cooperation with the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Every year, hundreds of entries are received by the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA), who administers the competition, from schools of architecture around the world.

In the 2001 competition, our student from the BA(Arch)3, Tiah Nan Chyuan, received an Honorable Mention (top 6 awards) for his entry of a 'Multipurpose entertainment/commercial complex' located at Orchard Road.
